Our Service: The platform operates exclusively as an intermediary for booking rental vehicles. The final rental agreement is signed at the store upon vehicle pickup. Rental Requirements: The renter must hold a valid driving license for the vehicle category (SYM 50cc). If, at the time of pickup, the customer does not have a valid license, the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 12 hours before pickup: Full refund. Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: 50% of the total amount will be charged (as agreed). Liability & Insurance: The platform bears no responsibility for accidents, bodily injuries, damage to third parties, or damage to the vehicle. Responsibility for the maintenance and insurance of the vehicle lies exclusively with the cooperating professional (Shop Owner). Price & Inclusions: The price (€30/day) includes helmets (for 2 persons) and the basic insurance provided by the store. Personal Data: Your personal data is used solely for completing the reservation and is not shared with third parties (GDPR compliant).
